Research Interests:

• Dentofacial configuration in various ethnic groups in Israel .
• Dentofacial configuration under special conditions like trauma, cleft palate, multiple congenitally missing teeth, systemic diseases, scoliosis.
• Masticatory pattern of patients with unilateral posterior-cross-bite.
• Eruption of 2 nd molars.
• Dental development and congenital absence of teeth.

Research Projects:

1. Skeletal characteristics of individuals presenting multiple congenitally missing teeth. Funding: Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine and Hadassah, Joint Research Fund (partial).
2. Congenitally missing teeth in cleft patients.
3. Occlusal development of individuals with occular scoliosis.
4. Condylar hypertrophy.
5. Occlusion in children following intracapsular condylar TMJ fractures.
6. Head-gear treatment and the eruption of maxillary 2nd molars.
