  1. The effect of orthodontic loads on the structure and function of teeth and their surrounding tissues.
  2. The effect of occlusal loads on the structure and function of periodontal ligament.
  3. Fibroblast population in periodontal ligament.
  4. Periodontal vascularity in normally functioning, hypofunctional and mechanically loaded teeth.
